Our sliding wooden sash windows are a close replica of the original sash windows. We sympathetically preserved the traditional design features but also included elements required today.

Design

Our bespoke wooden sash windows are made-to-measure and designed based on your specifications and project needs.

Wood

To ensure the long-term performance of your timber sash windows, we use high-quality treated wood*, which is guaranteed for 10-years under our warranty.

(*engineered Core wood PINE, hardwood SAPELE or modified timber ACCOYA)

Finish

Our products are fully factory pre-painted using micro-porous coatings. Various finishes are available from RAL and NCS colour charts or a wide range of varnish stains.

Glass

There are various glass options for our single or double-glazed units. We can use regular, toughened, laminated or acoustic glass. Double glazed units are filled with Argon gas and assembled with Chromatech Ultra spacer bars.  Regular glazing units are Energy class A.

Operation

We produce two types of wooden sash windows:

– Traditional (with cords and weights);

– With a spring balance operation

Both types of windows incorporate the latest security and safety features, such as lockable fasteners and security stops.

Insulation

We ensure weather-tightness and heat insulation of our timber sash windows by incorporating weather seals and gaskets in the window profile.
